Japanese GP Race
![]() Well we have the youngest double world champion. Well done Vettel. Though he looked happy, he was not happy in redbull's choice of timing to pit him right into traffic that gave Alonso the chance to get 2nd place. But he gave Alonso a good fight. Alonso drove a good solid race to get the podium, and the 2nd place came as a bonus thanks to redbull's choice to be too conservative in strategy. Button was slightly naughty trying to complain about being beaten off the line. He wasn't pushed off the track but just not given anymore room than needed. It would have been stupid to give Vettel a penalty for that. The pig should be thrown out of the team now, Button is proving time and time again he is just simply the superior driver. How long is the wimp's godfather Ron Dennis going to keep up with expensive garbage, this really an interesting matter. Surely by now even someone so stubborn can see its a futile failed marketing project. Star of the race is definitely Button, great drive to take the 1st place in the pitstops. And the best part of all, 3 champions, the true and worthy ones on the podium, classic picture shot worthy podium finish. Well done to all of them. The real Mclaren died in 2006, the king is dead, long live the king. Aryton SENNA, the 1 and ONLY I'll be there to personally to slap michael shoe-licker when the "Farting Horse" empire falls and its years of cheating exposed.

RE: Japanese GP Race
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Somehow I feel like Fernando won the race. hahahaha! Well, as I see it, Vettel tried but couldn't pass him. Maybe a matter of laps, don't know, but Fernando kept him behind him many laps before the order-Sebastien preserve your car-came from the radio. And Fernando tried to prove he was still there at the last laps -haha!- but obviously couldn't get close the McLaren. Nice race, worthing the early waking up. And yes, a pretty cool snapshot there in the end. ![]() Oh and of course well done to Vettel! He was superior with a superb car throughout the whole year! Congrats Sebastien! ![]() "Nobody said life was easy, but we were promised that the trip would be worthwhile .. Live the day! The best comes without expecting it..." (F.A.) |

RE: Japanese GP Race
Well, first off, congrats to Seb
A deserved world championship and now I guess the race is on to see who can be youngest triple world champ ![]() ![]() Great race for Button...it's funny I think higher of him now than I did when he won his WDC, he's really gone up in my estimations this year and the fact that he's really rattled Hamilton's cage makes it even better BTW, did anyone hear crash bandicoot's latest exuse for crashing into everything moving? Yep, guys don't worry it's not because of his own driving skills (or lack thereof), it's his wing mirrors!! ![]() ![]() Good race for Fernando...kind of find myself past caring about his races at the moment, but it was nice to see him not going backwards at the end of the race for the first time in ages I missed the start (slept in ) but having seen the replays, I don't see the fuss about it really...though it obviously annoyed Button somewhat ![]() And finally, did anyone see the BBC F1 forum after the race? If not, I might try download it and post up some of the highlights coz it was absolutely fab, they showed alot of the celebrations both at McLaren and Red Bull, including Sebastian going down onto the main straight to wave to the fans - very nice moment

RE: Japanese GP Race
Haven't seen the last one from BBC no Chrissie. If it is not trouble for you. As I didn't see the Ferraris switching places thing.
They didn't bother showing it, this stupid channel that broadcasts F1 here. And did you hear Vettel's answer to Button when he asked him again and again before they went to the podium "didn't you see me at the race start?" hahaha! Vettel answered something like: "And where were you at the race restart after the safety car?"

RE: Japanese GP Race
There is a distinct feeling of Mclaren that they have all but dumbed the race pimp. They are slowly sucking up to Button. They are doing it subtly. I am putting my money of the pig walking out of mclaren by the end of 2012.

RE: Japanese GP Race
OK. The Ham-Massa show is hilarious. The one playing stupid (Ham.) "It wasn't me! It was the bad weather!" and the other playing the whining baby (Massa) "Mum that kid hurt me! Punish him!"
![]() Quote:Hamilton also apportioned the clash with Massa to an inability to see the Ferrari in his wing mirrors. Quote:"The contact with Hamilton? My car was definitely damaged by it: when I looked at it after the race, I saw there was a bit of the front wing endplate missing and the floor was not on properly on the left hand side and I could feel it in the way my car was behaving," Massa said. "I think the footage speaks for itself: he was struggling with his tyres and I had almost come alongside him and for no reason, he moved over and hit me. I let you be the judge… It's pointless for me to say any more about it."Massa is daydreaming too thinking that he could have been on the podium. hahaha! ![]() "Nobody said life was easy, but we were promised that the trip would be worthwhile ..
