RE: Italian GP Pictures/Videos
I had a great time in Monza yes...not in the pitlane that Thursday in the crowd just like that ^^^
It was so freakin hot and I nearly suffocated at one point Seriously though, they need to change the way they run those autograph sessions...I just don't think they're safe The Hungary visit next year....well, so far so good, I've got the price of the ticket saved up already as well as the flights so I'm hoping all being well that I can book the tickets for the race in a few weeks

RE: Italian GP Pictures/Videos
I know what you mean Chrissie, you know I got to know from a friend though about the autograph session. They said only those exclusive autograph session would well organize. They will make sure the fans queue though. Since it was a exclusive event the number of fans are less so easy to manage.
But those open autograph session ya no choice and no one can control. I remember Fernando even got mad at one track ( I don't remember) for the fans pushing around? Wow that was fast ![]() ![]() I haven't seen any pricing listed yet for Sepang. They usually only advertise after he season kick off we are always slow

RE: Italian GP Pictures/Videos
You're thinking of going too stef??
Yes I am very fast...I have to be, the discounted prices that they're offering now are only available until the 30th October, after that the tickets will get more expensive I was going to go for the silver 8 grandstand in Hungary - priced at €102 for three day ticket (includes the pitwalk on Thursday too). There's general admission at €72 for three days too - I don't think you can do the pitwalk with these tickets though..could be wrong though. The seats at silver 8 seem pretty good - they're right by the chicane so should be a good place to get some pictures and apparently because of the nature of the Hungary track (because of all the hills and dips) you can see a lot of the track from there too. Here's the link with all the prices (from a reputable website):HUNGARIAN FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX 2012 I've also tried checking up on some of the accommodation in Budapest and it also seems fairly cheap...ah I'm so excited now just thinking about it ![]() (09-13-2011 09:01 PM)icegirljenni Wrote: But those open autograph session ya no choice and no one can control. RE: Italian GP Pictures/Videos
![]() ![]() ![]() UNBELIEVABLE! Pretty cheap, huh????? 0_0 0_0 Thank you Chrissie!!! The general admission is plus the ticket? You can get in the paddocks etc. with this one? Plus the 102euros ticket to watch the three days events? Well, the thing is that I want to go to an F1 race years now. Never decided it though. And this one seems pretty good opportunity. And the race is on Fernando's birthday, too! I have to think about it. Of course if I go, I will go alone as you. No one else wants to come...

RE: Italian GP Pictures/Videos
Yeah, I know stef...the ticket prices are amazingly cheap
I'm not sure what you mean by the GA ticket? The GA ticket only gets you into the GA admission area - that's the area that's marked in green on the map in the link I gave above. You can go into the grandstands on the Friday but every other day you've got to stay in that area. TBH, I'd rather pay the extra €30 for the grandstand ticket and be assured of a seat and a good view (yes, the €102 is the price to see the 3-day event plus the Thursday pitwalk/autograph session). And I don't think there's any ticket you can buy to get you into the paddock or if there is you would really have to pay for it ![]() Oh stef, you should go for it...especially before all these stupid new rules come in, you really have to experience the sound of those engines, there's nothing like it - and if you do go, you won't be going alone...I'll be going too ![]() BTW, I'm going to be doing a bit more research into the price of accomodation over the next few days, if you want I can get back to you with some figures, give you a better idea of how much it could cost...if it would help you to make up your mind? Coz if you do want to go, it's best to book within the next month or so before the ticket prices go up....if it goes like this year (my plan was originally to go this year) then they should go up by around €20 after October, then by another €20 when it gets closer to the race

RE: Italian GP Pictures/Videos
omG! Oh ok! You answered my question about the GA tickets. Don't worry! I understood now. Well, it is better to at least have a seat to sit on, right?
![]() Thank you very much for all these infos! The thing is that I am thinking about it seriously. I have to just decide it at some point. I say it and say it and never do it. Which regulation changes Chrissie? Concerning what? The engine changes and all? Well, I guess you are right on that. And the sound of the engines, yes, everyone says it is awesome!haha! Yes, that's true. Imagine if we met there and we were like: hey! you too here? haha! Oh really??? So much more expensive? Then yes, if you can please be kind enough to let me know! I am starting to get excited, reaaaaaaaaaaally excited about that! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() THANK YOU DEAR CHRISSIE!

RE: Italian GP Pictures/Videos
Yes, stef, I was referring to the engine changes for 2014...they're not going to sound nearly as good as they do now (mind you, they don't sound as good now as they did during the days of the V10 either, lol).
I've just sent you a nice little essay on the hotel prices, really hope that helps to make up your mind...you've still got another month or so, so take your time, I know it's cheap compared to other places but it is still a lot of money.....that said, all the money in the world couldn't have bought the feelings I felt at Monza last year so personally, I think it's well worth it

Yes dear. Got it! Thanks for that! Very helpful. Oh I loved your last phrase about last year's Monza. You are right on that one I guess.
