Tyres: F1 has gone money saving. this will result is mostly teams moaning about tyre degradation and poor durability. Especially since the minimum weight has increased by another 20Kgs. When these idiot moan the public/fans must slap their faces hard.
Competitor staff: This is to combat bastards, murders and criminals like Flavio Briatore from getting back into the sport. The sport has enough nazi lovers for headaches. We do not need child molesters/murders like Flavio. Common sense prevails in FIA. Safety-Car: The rule is confusing to most but it still allows overtaking once past the safety car line. But if the ssafety car pulled in on th last lap of the race with the SCD car still not pulled in before then no overtaking (shoe-alonso scenario) This rule still allows drivers who dosed off like Alonso to be overtaken by others if the race has many laps yet to go. General Safety: Aimed at putting an end to the show boating by the Mclaren pig shitmilton and the likes of it. Also to put and end to bad driving like some of the leaders or others trying to impede others from getting a decent run in qualifying, the maximum lap time has been introduced. The grid: Aimed at preventing slow cars from competing. This is a useless rule, these teams should be thrown out. Except for 1-2 teams. Most of them came in though dirty FIA-cosworth politics. Most of them have no engineering clout to be quick in the first place. If these teams don't make progress for 2011 they will be missing many races due to this rule. Whats the point there were many better teams waiting to be given a chance for 2010. They could have done a far better job in 2010 alone. Driver adjustable bodywork: Just like the front wing adjustable flaps have proven to be failures this is another pointless regulation. They need larger degrees of change to make it worth while for the front flaps. But for the rear wings if they changed to much there is high risk of the car going sideways instantly. Rear wing adjustments are limited because of this and because its limited the effect will be very less. Not even close to the F-duct blown rear wing efficiency. So yet another useless rule. It is good to ban the blown duct wings, as it saves development costs. The idea to control these things electronically is even more overhead when they don't need it. Waiting from them to be in certain places and that too only at 1 second car's distance is even more complicated rubbish for the scrutinizing process during on track incidents. The stewards are fools already, this is going to make them look even more stupid when they cant handle current levels of data to give a correct verdict. Aerodynamic influence: Like mentioned before the blown rear wings are banned. Weight: This increase is to tempt teams into bringing back the KERS since the minimum weight has been increased. But it can be read in another way, teams like Ferrari and Mclaren who cant carry enough fuel to the end of the race want to increase the limit so others who are efficient already have to deal with moving around extra dead weight of 20kgs. They will be hoping it hampers them in some way or another. This dead weight can be used as KERS if they wish, but most may not choose to run KERS either way. Fuel draining: To prevent Mclaren style underhanded qualifying tactics. They must return to the pits under their own power. Licences: Read that as some large dutch/chinese company is coming into the sport by sponsoring Ho-Pin Tung, so FIA is licking arse. But it appears from the recent tests and his track record he wont be a flop, he will turn out a decent rookie speed wise. The real Mclaren died in 2006, the king is dead, long live the king. Aryton SENNA, the 1 and ONLY I'll be there to personally to slap michael shoe-licker when the "Farting Horse" empire falls and its years of cheating exposed.

Because its painfully obvious this is a load of rubbish. Geezers with burned out brain cells are coming up with garbage. They should all be sent into the incinerators. They could get someone killed on track with their stupid rules. The cockpit is till open.
A car goes over the top of another and the entire weight of the tyres and chassis hitting the helmet of a driver is instant death by neck breakage. The real Mclaren died in 2006, the king is dead, long live the king. Aryton SENNA, the 1 and ONLY I'll be there to personally to slap michael shoe-licker when the "Farting Horse" empire falls and its years of cheating exposed.
