The f1 these day everyone talk about cheat, so in a way cheat or not it has become a custom, as long as you cheat and manage to get away is consider ok and entertain the fans. Brawn bring illegal diffuser and they won the Champ. Ferrari for so many years been cheating and they win many titles. And several others cheat happen that even more worse .... So cheat has become nothing in F1. in fact the FIA are encourage them to cheat. With Toad now a leader of FIA, which he is also a leader of cheater those day, i bet cheat has become one of the compulsory rules.

Those who cheat and get away with it are champions and if you get caught just make a public apology and you still get away with.

It is just a matter of who cheats the most and gets away with it and gets the TITLE
