RE: Bahrain GP Race Day
Good win for Fernando. Surprise victory when Redbull where clearly the superior car, such a shame for vettel to loose the win due to reliability again. The Mclaren showed much better pace so its clearly points to the choice of setups they choose for the for qualifying. Mercedes also seems to have made the same error in setups for the qualifying but their hard runs are not good.
The impressive display was from vettel holding onto 4th despite the exhausts stuffing the engine sending the power loss in pulses. Webber was poor in not being able to overtake since he showed the same flashes of pace that vettel showed. But that said overtaking was hard for many. Fernando and Massa were moving out of the dirty air to prevent overheating. If there was no power loss for Vettel there would be no chance to even attempt to get close to him and therefore no need to look after the engine for the Ferrari in the middle of the race. Mclaren definitely not any slower than the Ferrari showed by the pig. Spent too much time behind slower cars and not using the pace when it was most important. Things can be very different at Melbourn where the track conditions are different and all teams will have learnt on their qualification setup gambles. But the Redbull is clearly vastly superior vettel was just running away until the power loss. Well done Fernando. The real Mclaren died in 2006, the king is dead, long live the king. Aryton SENNA, the 1 and ONLY I'll be there to personally to slap michael shoe-licker when the "Farting Horse" empire falls and its years of cheating exposed.

RE: Bahrain GP Race Day
Well done first win of the new year from Fernando wont be the last. Terrible bad luck for Vettel, but in order to win the car needs to last all the way to the flag. Good too See Massa back in good healh and give Ferrari 1-2 on the podium. Also it will be a very good season many teams will fight for the wins this year, Redbull are on pace Mclaren just right behind. Mercedes still has some work to do and so does that old dude they have driving one of the car's. Even with the problems Vettel had Nico could not get past, but they will work hard and i think soon Mercedes, Grandpa and Nico will allso fight for the wins.

RE: Bahrain GP Race Day
Sutil had rotten performance and lost his best chance of causing a real upset for the front runners after spinning off.
This race infact has skewed the look on the pecking order There are better teams who throw away their advantages through bad driving from driver or the wrong choice in setups for qualifying. There was also no real big lead in the speed traps so the rear wing concept is not fully tuned They where dead heat with people like hulkenburg. Also further reinforces what I pointed out the system is not closed by some knee action by the driver, its controlled by a sensor system and it needs tweaking to make the best of it. The Ferrari were suffering on the soft tyres, at one point they were so slow that had the pig been ahead of Nico he would have taken a place off ateast one of the Ferrari. So either some team is good on hard tyres or on the softs. Only Redbull showed fair enough balance on both types of tyres. The real Mclaren died in 2006, the king is dead, long live the king. Aryton SENNA, the 1 and ONLY I'll be there to personally to slap michael shoe-licker when the "Farting Horse" empire falls and its years of cheating exposed.

RE: Bahrain GP Race Day
Well done to Alonso unlucky to vettel, also a clever move by alonso to get passed massa at the start, was crucial to his victory. What a great start for his debut with Ferrari.

Well done! And I so want to thank jenni once more. You really saved as it concerns the race. What was the problem with vettel after all?

Redbull wouldn't want to let anyone know whats wrong really. But it makes sense because he was so quick and running away and slowly he lost pace and then suddenly lost the power, typical of a fatigue related crack on the exhausts. Its like you when keep a high pressure water pipe open and then suddenly close it up with a messy cap the edges of that pipe will crack trying to let the pressure out. But if the pipe is closed gradually and evenly then it wont burst. Its the almost the same way on the engine. The real Mclaren died in 2006, the king is dead, long live the king. RE: Bahrain GP Race Day
My conclusions:
- Very boring because of no tanking. ![]() - Very sad for Vettel with his excaustpipe. ![]() - Very good race from Alonso and Massa. ![]() - New teams very slow. ![]() - Good from Lotus to finish the race. ![]() - We need more pitstops so Bridgestone has to make the hard tyres faster cripple (bad) (sorry for bad english). ![]() - Huge gap behind Ferrari, RB, MGP and McLaren. ![]() - Less overtaking then last year. ![]() I think this was all.

RE: Bahrain GP Race Day
The race pace was not that far off between Mclaren and Ferrari, pig was just being a poor driver getting stuck behind Nico otherwise in free air he was catching massa despite playing around with a brake heating issue on the rear moving the brake balance forwards.

RE: Bahrain GP Race Day
@Alonsofreak Ah yes
Did you guys see lotus managed to do 2.02s by the end? so they are improving quickly and they have the means to debunk that rant by Ferrari they are 4 seconds slower. The new teams really haven't developed their setups for their cars, just too less time in testing. The real Mclaren died in 2006, the king is dead, long live the king.
